Lesson Cancellation Policy

Lessons run year-round, and generally take place on Public Holidays unless advised otherwise.

If you need to cancel a lesson, please give at least 24 hours notice before the session start time.  With 24 hours notice, you are eligible for a makeup lesson credit.  You can schedule your makeup lesson through the student portal and makeup credits are valid for 90 days.

Students with a reoccurring weekly booking are allowed 2 cancellations per twelve week cycle (term) without charge provided adequate notice is given.

Notice of a Cancellation must be made through the student portal, by email, or by phone/text at 0430 558 601 – please note that telling your instructor during the lesson is NOT sufficient.

If the teacher cancels a lesson for any reason, for example if sick and unable to be substituted, we will notify you as soon as possible and you will not be charged for that lesson.

Booking & Payment Options

Weekly Bookings
Enroll in reoccurring weekly lessons by prepaying between 2 and 12 sessions   (a series of 12 typically covers a full school term and holiday cycle).  Your time slot will be reserved each week for your booking.

Payment must be made prior to start of the first lesson.
Weekly, Fortnightly, or Monthly payments are accepted as long as bookings are paid a minimum of one week (7 days) in advance at all times.  Bookings not paid in advance according to these terms are not guaranteed.

Reoccurring bookings can be canceled at any time via the student portal or by advising us by email or text.  Failure to make payment in advance as outlined will be considered notice of cancellation.

Casual Bookings
Casual bookings can be made within 7 days of the Lesson and must be paid for upon booking to be guaranteed.  These can be booked through our student portal for your convenience.

Payment Options
We accept payment via BSB or by Credit Card with our online payment portal (online payments are subject to a processing fee).  Payments can also be made in person with cash by prior arrangement.  We do not accept cheques.

We do not give refunds for booked sessions that have been paid for. All booked sessions must be used within 180 days of purchase - no refunds will be given for any unused session

General Conditions

We take no responsibility for the supervision of students under the age of 18 before or after their session times.

If we are concerned about your behaviour or if you do not pay your fees when they are due, we may suspend or terminate your sessions.

Changes to our Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Services provided by Hannah Andrews following the posting of any changes to these Terms and Conditions of Service, constitutes acceptance of those changes.

If you are not enjoying your sessions or have any issues, complaints or suggestions, please tell us straight away. You can do this through the student portal, by text message / phone, or by emailing us at any time.
